Unlike traditional retailers, we cut out the middleman and deliver your goods straight from the factory to your doorstep. No brokers, agents, or trading companies are involved, ensuring a direct and efficient process.

You can create an account on the website or simply complete the checkout process as a guest. All payment transactions are on a secure server.

Absolutely. Every item on the website has been reviewed and tested by our team, personally. Think of it as 'test driving' the merchandise. We also have quality checks prior to the goods being shipped.

We source and produce the goods globally.

Yes. We offer FREE standard ground delivery. White Glove Delivery is also available at checkout.

We currently deliver to the lower 48 states. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Most goods are made to order. On average, from order to delivery, it will take 10-12 weeks.

Our home delivery partners will schedule an appointment and deliver within a 4-hour window. We also offer White Glove Delivery at checkout.

We will always communicate to you by email once your goods are shipped from the factory as well as provide you with a tracking number when the goods are with our home delivery partner. You can also log-in to your account and find the status of your order.

Yes. We offer free returns within 10 days of the date of delivery.

Yes. You have a 72 hour window once you place your order if you change your mind.
